Council Approval for Artificial Turf to be installed at Leitner Neighborhood Park by Cafe' of Life

On May 6, 2026, City Council approved a Resolution authorizing the Café of Life to install artificial turf within the Leitner Neighborhood Park playground field, with the project fully funded and all required permits obtained by the Café of Life.
