The City has completed a StormReady Certification through the National Weather Service!

Following the second reading on April 15, the City Council has officially placed the land acquisition funding on the 2026 primary ballot for the Bonita Springs segment that includes 5.8 miles of inactive rail corridor to be converted into a multi-use recreation trail.

On April 15, 2026, City Council approved a contract agreement with Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. for the East Terry Street Stormwater and Multi-Use Pathway Project.
