Bonita Springs Ordinance No. 08-23 is an Ordinance regulating landscape management practices, including the application and use of fertilizers containing nitrogen and/or phosphorus. The use and application of fertilizers apply to Non-Professional and Professional landscapers alike.
Both Professional and Institutional Landscapers are required to successfully complete training and recieve a Certificate of Completion in accordiance with the “Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices for Protection of Water Recources in Florida”, as revised (Florida Green BMPs) Once completed you must regester, annualy with the City of Bonita Springs Code Enforcement Department as well as display current decals.
