Roundabout connecting Bonita Beach Rd and Logan BlvdThe Logan Blvd Extension Project is near completion and the City of Bonita Springs would like to commemorate the conclusion of this project with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony. Started in 2017, this road project required a collaborative effort on behalf of Bonita Springs, Collier County and the surrounding community of Village Walk. The new roadway complete with a sidewalk, beautiful landscaping and a 10ft bike lane will provide Collier and Bonita residents with a northeast extension of Logan Blvd that connects to a roundabout on the southeast corner of Bonita Beach Road. The total cost for the Logan Boulevard project came in at $2.35 million which was supplemented by a $1,762,500 HMGP grant. The grant required a 3:1 match of which the city contributed the remaining $587,500.
